We connect senior technologists, analysts, and strategists with mission-driven nonprofits that need help navigating technology — so they can focus more on the people and causes they serve.
Who we are
We provide hands-on technical guidance, mentorship, and pro-bono or low-cost consulting to help nonprofits modernize and scale.

Through the Resilience Fund, we also extend that support beyond expertise — providing direct financial backing to select nonprofits whose missions reflect our core values of resilience, innovation, and service.

What we Do
Resilient Research Exchange was founded on a simple belief — that expertise and compassion should work together to create lasting impact.
After more than two decades of service in the United States Marine Corps, Matthew Kessler carried forward the principles of discipline, innovation, and mission focus into leading enterprise technology programs for the federal government.
At Booz Allen Hamilton, he led IT operations supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency — delivering hybrid cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps capabilities, and mission-critical systems that maintained 100% reliability in support of national security.
While serving on the board of Prep4Gold, a pediatric cancer research nonprofit, Matthew saw firsthand how small organizations with great missions often lack access to experienced technology leadership.
That insight became the catalyst for Resilient Research Exchange — a platform created to help nonprofits modernize, scale, and sustain their impact through hands-on technical guidance and mentorship.
Building on that same philosophy, the Resilience Fund extends our commitment beyond expertise — providing direct financial support to select nonprofits whose missions embody our core values of resilience, innovation, and service.
